Biography:
Kally joined DEPRESSD as an undergraduate research assistant in September 2021. She is a fourth-year undergraduate student at McGill University, where she is pursuing an Honours degree in joint major of Computer Science and Biology and a minor in Mathematics. She has had several research experiences in bioinformatics and biostatistics during her undergraduate study and is familiar with statistical programming for the analysis of biological and health data. Her role in the project is to develop R packages and implement statistical methods, for example, bootstrapping. Her research interests are health data analytics and machine learning for precision medicine.
