Biography:
Mara Cañedo Ayala completed her Bachelors in Science in Honours Psychology at McGill University. She has worked under the supervision of Dr. Brett Thombs since 2016 completing two undergraduate honours theses. She has completed work on the Informal Caregiver Experience Study assessing the experience of informal caregivers of people diagnosed with scleroderma, in order to provide them with better support. She has also worked on study assessing the accuracy of randomization methodology reporting in journals published by the American Psychological Association.
